Can I cancel my order?
The rugs are crafted to order and customized by hand. Some rugs are in stock, of which the status will be shown on this page. If you place an order for a custom-made rug, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. After these 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible.

Finding it hard to place an order, because you want to see and feel the rug first? We fully understand that. With our unique service (only available in the Netherlands) you receive up to three rugs delivered to your home for free and without obligation. Simply email us to make an appointment. We will contact you within 1-2 working days to set up an appointment.

Shipping & Returns
Payment
The purchase price must be paid in one go for the in-stock rug(s) and custom-made rug(s). This can be done via one of the available payment methods in our online store.
Shipping
We use DHL (Netherlands) or FedEx International for delivery of our rugs. They ensure that you are kept accurately informed of the status of the delivery, so that you know exactly when you can expect your new rug.
Returns
Custom made rugs cannot be returned. For in-stock rugs you can make use of our returns policy.
