• Suitable for underfloor heating
• Dyed with natural raw materials
• Tassels on 1 side (other side only in the corners)
• Tassels add 3 to 4 inches to the size of the rug
• Size may vary by 5% as wool shrinks during the washing process

Beauty in imperfection

Handmade to order

Because the rug is handmade and dyed with natural raw materials, it will contain natural (and beautiful) irregularities in pattern and color. The imperfections of the craftsmanship ensure that no two rugs are the same. This makes it unique and made especially for you.

The rugs have standard tassels on one side. If you do not want this, you can indicate this when ordering. The readily in-stock rugs have standard tassels on one side.

1. When you place the order
2. When the rug is made
3. When your order is shipped to you

In addition, we do our best to provide you with photos of your rug during the production process.

Can I cancel my order?

The rugs are crafted to order and customized by hand. Some rugs are in stock, of which the status will be shown on this page. If you place an order for a custom-made rug, you have 24 hours to cancel your order. After these 24 hours, cancellation is no longer possible.

Finding it hard to place an order, because you want to see and feel the rug first? We fully understand that. With our unique service (only available in the Netherlands) you receive up to three rugs delivered to your home for free and without obligation. Simply email us to make an appointment. We will contact you within 1-2 working days to set up an appointment.

Shipping & Returns

Payment

The purchase price must be paid in one go for the in-stock rug(s) and custom-made rug(s). This can be done via one of the available payment methods in our online store.

Shipping

We use DHL (Netherlands) or FedEx International for delivery of our rugs. They ensure that you are kept accurately informed of the status of the delivery, so that you know exactly when you can expect your new rug.

Returns

Custom made rugs cannot be returned. For in-stock rugs you can make use of our returns policy.
